The room was clean and well equipped. A good option for a hotel stay with a small kitchenette! The location was good, we had a great view of the city on the 13th floor, but it is a good 10+min walk from the nearest tube stations which felt a bit far with our toddler. The breakfast is expensive considering it is just a continental spread. I suggest you go for a full English in a nearby cafe instead!

The studio room was very clean, the kitchen had everything needed (coffee, cleaning products, cutlery), bathroom was very good. Check in is possible late after midnight you just need to ring the bell and be patient as the staff might not be at the reception. The room has sealed windows (that don't open) but air conditioning which ensures ventilation. Views are lovely from top floor rooms.
