Hotels.com didnt provide check-in QR code or hotel reference so we couldn’t check in using the kiosks. Had to get help from a staff member that also had difficulty finding our reservation. We were able to get in after 20mins of trying to figure out. Location-wise it worked pretty well for our overnight lay over.

Bad: Nobody picks up the phone, no matter what time of day you call. Check in is a kiosk machine, but doesnt work if you booked with Expedia. No fridge or microwave. Window doesn't open and looks into the middle of the building somehow? Good: Room was clean and spacious. Nice bathroom.

I have booked triple family room but got standard double:( Female receptionist was extremely slow and did not bother to inform us that if we r staying 2 nights ,we have to REqUEST room cleaning(there was a tiny info card in the room)So our room was not refreshed and i had to ask for rubbish to be taken...Main entrance hard to find at the rear .Far from the tube,only couple of buses near by.

We love this hotel chain. They are clean, comfortable, and offer quite a nice kitchen. And the rooms are quite nice, except for one thing - the shower felt UNSAFE to me and my husband as well. The bathtub is about 25% taller than any bathtub I've ever seen. As an older woman with some mobility challenges, I was terrified of this set-up. There were some grab bars, but the shower floor was also quite slippery. I had to have my husband assist me to get safely in and out. Since a lot of your clientele are older folks, you should look into replacing these tubs with something safer. But other than that, it was a good stay.

Some dinning place around the hotel but they are approximately 10-15 mins walk from the hotel. Not bad if it is a day time. A bit quiet if walking to the hotel alone. The closest Tube station, Turnham Green station, does not have a lift nor escalator. It is a bit inconvenient if you carry big/heavy luggage.

The property is close to tube station if you’re travelling into the city . Terrible customer service . The tv was not working and we asked for new batteries but the staff declined saying ‘’ we don’t have any and will send someone to fix it’’ No one came . When checking in we pressed the buzzer for assistance , the male staff comes out and says ‘yes’. No hello or how can I help you . Terrible experience
