The check in process took a long time. There were 6-7 cars parked in the hotel loading area with no one in them. We had to wait about 20 minutes to get a cart so we could bring everything up to our room. My husband had to wait in the car while I waited for a cart because we had to park partially crossing an alley. Someone from the hotel to watch over the guest drive-up area would have been very helpful.
