Not complete customer service poor need to train staff. When questions asked received no answer. I stayed for 8 days and housing service terrible and only came once when asked 3 days in a row. Left on hold for 15 minutes with front desk inquiring on housekeeping service

Rooms weren’t renovated as stated. Bathroom toilet clogged at 330am (prior visitor). Could not get ahold of front desk via phone had to go downstairs to front desk. Nice staff was unable to get toilet unclogged. Moved to different room. Next night was kept up due to extremely loud elevator that sounded as if it was going to break any moment. Again was unable to reach front desk via phone had to go down to front desk again. Offered to move rooms again and credit some fees but have not seen anything credited yet so far!!! Would not recommend.

Horrible first night , the toilet was flooded AC not working phone was not working. I had to change room in the morning. Very inconvenient I couldn’t sleep all night because it was hot . Also I walked downstairs at 1am to let them know but they never send anyone over I had to walk downstairs uses the toilet.

We got the the hotel the registration clerk gave us 2 keys and said keep one to park. My husband parked and said its $25 a night to park. That is crazy. We went to our room which was nice and had a lake,golf course,pool view. They had 2 bottled waters in the room and had a tag $2.00 each. They can't give their guests some bottles of water? We had two light snacks at bean & bread I asked for a cup of water with ice $1.61. While gambling you're told you must have atleast $20 in machine to get a free drink. Housecleaning does not clean your room and restock it daily, you must request it. Saltgrass steak house was good,service good. When leaving we paid more then $100 on the price originally quoted taxes,fees and more. i would stay at a vrbo or Airbnb it would save us a lot of the b s. charges. What happened to tahoe casino's?

The room was not great. Bathroom tub was gross! There was hair on the bathroom floor and the hot water handle didn’t work on the sink! The hot water in the shower went hot and cold multiple times. I was very disappointed considering we spent 500$ for 3 nights. The pool was very cold. It should be at least a little heated. I know they’re doing renovations, but our room should’ve been cheaper because our room was not renovated yet. My family members in other rooms asked for room service and never received it. The lady at the from desk was very sweet and knocked a little bit of money off for them. Anyways, not my favorite hotel and not worth the price. Other than the rooms the casino was pretty nice.
