Not complete customer service poor need to train staff. When questions asked received no answer. I stayed for 8 days and housing service terrible and only came once when asked 3 days in a row. Left on hold for 15 minutes with front desk inquiring on housekeeping service

It was a good stay for the price. Golden Nugget really needs to let people know. Casino and hotel is under construction. One of the towers is updated and the other is not. I had to pay extra $30 to stay in the new tower hotel when checking in it is very confusing and parking is paid $20 for the day. There is no carts to take your luggage up to your room or anyone to help you the only way I would stay here again is if all of this is fixed thanks hope this helps someone.

A great day and a great time in Tahoe

To stay was amazing and everything was great. The staff was friendly. I checked in easy quick and efficient, and there was no hidden crazy charges There was the one downside I rented this room mostly because I wanted a hot tub or a Jacuzzi tub in a bathtub to soak and cleanse and detox my body. And after checking in late the first night, the second day my bathtub was not a Jacuzzi tub like expected in the suite and my bathtub did not hold water as the drain piece was broken And their Jacuzzi was out of service at the time so there was that little issue but other than that everything else was amazing and the day was perfect

There was a lot of constructions and confusing to navigate around. Check-in desk was pretty empty and rooms were hard to find due to broken signs. Had to ask for room change to be away from elevators but could still hear elevators all night long. Toilet was too close to the tub and weird position. Pillows were flat. Hall and rooms were too dark, would be nice if lit up a bit more.
