This hotel has a bad stench to it as soon as you walk in. I’m not talking about the cigarettes either the carpet / mat they have by the door where you come in with your luggage hasn’t been washed in I don’t even know how long. The hotel room had a broken tv stand with no extra blankets in the room, microwave fridge etc we had to ask for extra blankets and were told we have a extra comforter we can give you but then when they brought it the comforter had a hole in it with stuffing coming out of it the tv stand was hanging on by a thread we had to request a fridge and were told theirs not a singular microwave in the whole hotel. The walls in the bathroom were also dirty and it was such a small space getting ready wasn’t even possible in it. Overall not a good experience if you just want to gamble drop your stuff off and don’t care about cleanliness or anything then it’s an ok spot otherwise do not waste your time or money

Too Much Construction at Once

I've always had a good experience at the Golden Nugget. This year was tough. I had to change rooms because the room they gave me sounded like an airplane was landing when the a/c was on. Then the room I moved to the a/c didn't go below 70 degrees. There is construction going on everywhere and the jackhammers were going at 8am. Hopefully next visit the construction will be complete.

Great service, room in disrepair

Check in and all staff, including cafe and restaurant, were great. Room had broken plumbing, broken furniture, broken towel bar. It's clear they're trying to remodel, we enjoyed our stay regardless.

This hotel was ok we stayed in a tower that had yet to be renovated so there was a heavy old stale smoke smell all throughout the elevator and hallway, but the room smelled ok. Our view from our room was beautiful as well. We were disappointed because we had booked a king room but when we got there we were told they did not have any available due to capacity so we were given a double queen. All in all it was an OK stay for one night, and the price was right. Walking distance to the concert venue is major plus.
