Check in agent had hard time understanding and speaking clearly. After I asked a billing question she said yes and was sure of it, after charge then asked th other person and she was wrong I had to pay more the next day

An hour long line to check in with no one acknowledging the wait. People were yelling in line because it was taking so long. Also, there was construction going on all over the hotel which is fine, but our renovated room was not fully cleaned. There were crackers on the ground, fingerprints on the mirrors and walls, and rubber bands on the floor.

Location is great right on 50. Lots of parking for guests. Rooms have enough space for 4 adults to be comfortable and not crowded. Bathroom is big, 2 sinks, lots of counter space with open shelving below and on 1 wall, and there's an articulated makeup mirror on the other wall which is handy. Service personnel are friendly, pleasant and helpful in all things. Nice covered area at entrance for loading and unloading, plenty of luggage carts. Excellent walkability to other casinos and restaurants/shopping.

Went to go take a shower and the water came out brown. Went to talk to the front desk about this and I was told because there was being renovated that is what caused the watercolor to change. It was still gross and shouldn’t be happening even if there were renovations done
