"If you are making a quick trip to NYC this is a great option. First of all the staff is attentive and nice, then the location is the most valuable aspect in its favor, close to the Port Authority Bus Terminal, making it ideal since you can take the subway there. You can also walk just a couple blocks to Times Square and all the amenities you can find over there. Regarding the property itself, the building is nice, has a relaxed vibe to it and is well maintained. The rooms seem to be new or recently renovated, very clean as well. Only downside in my stay was that the A/C didn’t seem to work well, even if the staff tried to solve it. Wasn’t terrible, wasn’t great, but it persisted throughout my stay. Would definitely recommend a bunk bed room if you’re making the trip alone or with someone you are VERY comfortable with, since the room is very small."

"We received a 35 dollar per room restaurant credit but as we were only staying one night we wanted to use it the next morning for breakfast. When we requested this the next morning the receptionist refused and checked us out immediately. Also charging for luggage storage is something I have never experienced in all my travels."

"Horrible, Horrible!! I arrived at 5pm. My room was not ready. I went and had dinner. After dinner which was approximately 8pm and my room was not ready!!!! I was upgraded to a suite however when I entered the room it was a sauna. The air conditioning unit never worked consistently. For the next 2 days I needed to call 3 times per day to get air and finally on the third day I was moved to a different room. I was not provided a refund for 1 night stay as promised by management. Not a good value for your money. The images of the lobby look great. Do not be deceived."
