A great hotel for international visitors. The staff speak English. There is a convenience store attached to the hotel, which is very helpful. It is not two centrally located, but is within walking distance of a train station which easily gets you into downtown.

When I called front desk explaining how our room was hot and humid, they explained that they would not turn on the air conditioning and I should open a window. Normally this would be fine, except the windows were extremely dangerous, opening wide with no screen. Not possible to use with a toddler around. Other than this issue, we had a positive experience."
