"I was very disappointed in the condition of the property. The screens were loose letting the lizards in. I was awake mist if the night because I didn’t want one crawling on me. The oven didn’t work so we had to use the microwave. Since it it didn’t crisp the appetizers they were not good to eat."

"This property can be Hilo's heartbeat. The location was breathtaking. They survived the storm, and they were very accommodating to guests.
