Very accommodating and friendly staff. We were arriving late and they allowed us to check in late for a fee. The grounds of the lodge are good. Plenty of parking. We had the family room/suite with two bedrooms and a full kitchen, balcony. We loved our stay! It was close to beaches, attractions, sights, good restaurants. The Volcano National park is only 40 min away. Highly recommend!
