Free cable, as well as FREE Wifi internet. The kitchenette includes all cooking utensils, Pots/Pans/Toaster/Coffee Maker/Cook-Top Burner/Dishes/Microwave, and Refrigerator.
Limited parking is available on a first come basis in the basement of the building. The parking stalls if available are pre-paid for a few hours or up to 24 hours increment from a ticket meter in the parking garage.
The property is located just 2 short blocks (1 regular block) from the world's most famous Waikiki beach, where you can take in surfing, stand-up paddling, canoe surfing, body boarding, snorkel, catamaran rides or just enjoy the sun and sand.
This building is perfectly located in Waikiki, just a block from wide, sandy beach area, close to major hotels- Hyatt, Waikiki Resort and Pacific Beach, and shopping. Many local/International eateries just outside building. The beach, swimming, boogie boarding, surfing, snorkeling, kite surfing, dinner cruse, luau, hiking, volleyball on the beach, outdoor concerts at the Waikiki Shell, Kapiolani Park, the Zoo, stroll on the beach, dining, Dukes on Sunday, Shows and Tours are all within walking distance. Major Bus route (Kuhio Avenue) is in front of building. Can easily get anywhere around Island. You do not need a car to get around but you might want to rent the car for the day or two you plan to tour the island instead of for your whole stay.

you could do better for what they charge
They claimed ocean view, photos showed spotless place. It was not. the bathroom needs repairs. Bring your own towels and toiletries. The unit AC is loud. they have pots and pans but no stove. There is a toaster oven, but is is not safe to use. Microwave is old. The fridge is good for small bottled water and needs to be cleaned. Oh, and the biggest hidden item there is no free parking so a daily parking may cost any where from $30-$50/ day depending on availability.
