Fantastic stay!! The unit is clean, updated and well appointed . Very easy in and out. Proximity to 7-11 and food trucks a huge plus. We had a great time! Mahalo plenty!

Great location

Great location. Restaurants and grocery stores near by. There were 4 adults in the room and it would have been nice to have another comfy chair to sit in. Dan was so nice to work with!

Great stay in paradise!

We came to the island for a wedding but wanted a place to be able to stretch out in with our family of 5 (3 kids ages 12,9,7) and this was the perfect spot. Close to so much stuff that we basically walked everywhere. No free parking, but a paid parking lot was close enough that we were able to leave our rental vehicle to places. There is a rental car place right there that we would probably use if we ever came to the island again. I absolutely recommend this location and we were sad to leave.

Great location

The condo was in an excellent location and was very clean. The food trucks were close by and serve delicious food. The only downsides were the noise, definitely don't recommend for light sleepers. Also the beds were not the greatest. 1 was very firm while the other was very soft. Overall though we enjoyed our stay and Dan was excellent with communication.

Good value for waikiki

Good location, close to everything. Very clean. Only drawback is the noise of Waikiki - but that comes with the location! A few more hooks for hanging wet towels would be a bonus.

We’ll definitely be back

Our family of five stayed here for 10 days and we loved it. The room that we were in was so clean and it was very convenient for us. Loved how it came with all the cookwares and dinnerwares. Plenty of extra towels, washer & dryer on each floors. Although the noise kinda kept my kids up some nights but that didn’t stop them from loving the view.We also love the location because it was closed to a grocery store and all the food trucks. We will definitely be back for another vacation.

Great Stay In Waikiki

We stayed 10 nights from Dec 4-14. Condo was located in the Royal Aloha. Definitely an aged building however, this unit has been updated. It was as described, clean, and well equipped. Beds were very comfortable and as a bonus the owner provided beach chairs, sun tent and beach towels. Good location with walking distance or inexpensive Uber/Lyft ride anywhere. Overall we would stay here again.

Excellent space

There was no difficulty checking in or out. Space had an excellent view of the city. It was clean and a very comfortable place to relax after fun in the sun!! Located within walking distance to beaches and shops. Very grateful we picked this location, highly recommend!

Overall Review

Everything was perfect from check-in to all the stuff in the condo. Our only complaint was the sound of the sirens and the vehicles, that we hear every night from the 10th floor, we got used to it after a while. Overall it was great, Dan was a good host answered all our questions. We will recommend his place if he opens it up again.

Beautiful upgraded condo.

The rooms are huge. upgraded condo. love the beds, living room and nice bathroom. My only concern is the paid parking (tight parking lot/bring cash). And the crazy people at midnight and 3am. Mahalo for hiring Hawaiian cleaner.

Nice location, listing not completely honest

Check in process was easy but there was no mention at all about the parking situation. I ended up spending an additional $166 to park my rental car at a garage for 4 days. There is street parking but MAX 2 hours but free from 10pm-6am. The condo was beautiful but the air conditioner kept leaking all over the patio. There was a pan under there and a towel to sop up whatever was leftover. I felt bad because it dropped to the patios below so we turned the ac off and it was super hot. Luckily we were able to book an additional night because our flight home to vegas was cancelled because of the system outage and didn’t fly out until 1130pm. Unfortunately when I got home I got a message from the owner saying I stole $85 worth of towels! I even washed almost ALL the towels and put them back!! I’ve never been accused of stealing in my life! A charge of $280 was requested! After checking with the cleaners the request was rescinded cause they found the towels!!! Never have I ever been so disgusted in my life!!

Good location

This was a good place to stay for the family’s short stay on Oahu. The parking situation was not ideal and added more cost to our stay. I wish we had known before booking but other than that it was a hood stay.

Ho`omaka`ika`i 2024

Everything was perfect! There was enough space for all 8 of us. There were enough supplies such as towels, extra beddings and toiletries. The location was close to a 7-11 if we needed something quick and easy. The unit was very clean upon our arrival. Dan was very helpful when I texted him. The park-a-lot on Ni`u Street was close enough to walk to easy and convenient to access.

Super clean, beautiful property

Lovely condo in the heart of Waikiki. The building was having some AC issues but the wall unit kept the main area relatively cool. The main road was loud at night but to be expected in this location. Super clean with many towels and extra sheets available.

DO NOT STAY

The absolute worst vacation stay of all time. There was 6 of us 4 adults and 2 kids staying for 8 nights and they gave us 2 towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper. We bought and left more towels for them there than they gave for us. They don’t have real windows and the building is in the entry way into Waikiki and is EXTREMELY LOUD. All night 24/7 you hear LOUD noise. We had to all get ear plugs and that still didn’t help fully. Did not get 1 night of good rest. The heat was terrible and the AC unit doesn’t have a pan outside to catch the water so if you turn it on the balcony floods…. The bathroom does not have a fan/vent…. Instead it just airs into one of the bedrooms after anyone uses the restroom…. This place is the worst experience I’ve ever had and we could not wait to leave as soon as we could. Would give 0 stars if possible.
