This luxury 11th-floor two-bedroom apartment with balcony, parking will surely become your sweet home away from home allowing you to conveniently work from Hawaii. You will be in close proximity to Waikiki Beach and Ala Moana Center. Upon arrival, you will step into a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with anything you might wish to cook, even kitchen faucet with water purifier (no need to buy bottled water during your stay stay- less plastic). Enjoy central air-conditioning and relax in the living area of this unit, equipped with a Sony's 65-inch smart TV and a cozy sofa bed. Also, if you work remotely, there is a wide office desk with automatic height adjustment function. The desk also has the casters, so you can move it anywhere you like. Enjoy sunlight and stunning views of the mountains, ocean, and stunning urban Waikiki from the extra-large lanai (balcony). After a busy day, you can enjoy a rest in the main bedroom with king size bed with extra comfortable Simmons' luxury mattress. Overpriced stay.
Overall okay, but needs improvement on kitchen utensils and pots and pans. Steak knives were rusted and fridge had mold around the seals. Air conditioning filter was pretty nasty but they replaced it. When asked about curtains to darken the room they said to cover the windows with a trash bag! The amenities were very good; pool, bbq area and overall cleanliness of the area. Security and front desk were very nice and helpful. I wanted to stay a bit longer in the unit but they wouldn’t budge on the rate. Overall enjoyed the rental. Thank you.

Great property, not best for small children
The realty company was great to work with they were very fast to respond and the unit was in amazing condition and the views and location were also amazing, we had a beautiful view of the perfect hawaiian sunsets. The only earning I would give with this property os they are very strict with the pool and property, we were traveling with small children ages 5, 3, and 1 the first day we arrived we went right to the pool, after about 5 minutes of being there we were told by the front desk staff that there were no pool toys allowed in the pool ( we only brought some diving sticks) also there was no throwing of anything and no jumping into the pool. We were also told that there was no playing allowed in the grassy area around the pool. Also if you ha e any type of food you will be told to move to the bbq area as there is no food of any type allowed near the pool so any snacks that the kids want to eat they will have to site in the bbq are to eat. I would not recommend this property for small children if you plan on using the pool. We were there for 35 days and made the best of it but we definitely would have liked to know this before we arrived.

Perfect for family vacation
Pros: perfect location for family vacation. As located between Waikiki and Ala Moana, the condo area is not noisy but convenient. Excellent location for sunset, even with partial view. Nice swimming pool, free BBQ facility, and gentle security persons. The unit was clean and well-equipped.
Cons: Few. Strict regulation (penalty for sands in the condo, loss of towels, and damage to utensils, etc). If some of coffee, teas, and cookies are provided, it would be much better for guests to check in late.
Overall: I am willing to stay in next visit to Oahu and highly recommend this unit for family vacation.
