"There are 2 goods things about this property. The location is great! Wonderful view of the ocean, however it is hard to walk down to beach from back yard and even harder to get back up ( very steep sandy drop off that is about 10 feet up from the beach. Easier to walk down about 2 blocks away on the other side of Pelican brewery. Not a hotel, so no hotel noise is the other good thing. The interior of the house is not great, it looks like almost everything came from goodwill and the flooring is horrible. The place would look 10,000 times better if the owner put some money into upgrades. Plus, it says 1 bedroom and a sofa bed which is true. There is a second bedroom that is used as storage ( not sure why there isn't a twin bed in there). Also, my coffee tasted like soap even after I rinsed off the mug before using ( so I didn't use any of the other dishes)."
