"Check in was at 4 pm, the room wasn’t ready until 4:45. We had a 6 year old and two three year olds. We were offered any consolations. At the low end, drink vouchers at the least. Also the pool and other amenities were additional fees. That wasn’t clear in the booking description ."

You feel like you are in your own little world...we only had a brief interaction with the gentleman in the office and saw other guests from a distance. Check-out was quick and self-service. A great place to get away from crowds, noise, stress. No breakfast buffet, but several dining options are close by."

"Everything at the property worked. Everything was very well cleaned. The maintenance on the property, it is extremely lacking. Very poor quality work. Although we had a great stay, the people are amazing. I wish they were actually given a budget to fix things correctly."
