We love the house and location. It seems that one of the bathrooms wasn't cleaned well, but everything else seemed great. The carbon monoxide device that was plugged into the wall the first floor bedroom began chirping, and replacing the battery did not help, so we unplugged it and left it on the kitchen island with a note. We checked in for my brothers birthday to relax at the beach. Bedding was incredibly nice, the house was super clean, they let us check in an hour earlier, there was plenty of kitchen utensils/microwave/coffee pot/waffle maker/silverware/dishes. It was absolutely perfect. Tons of towels available (we had 12 people and only had to wash towels once) the hot tub was amazing and had night time lights and the jets worked perfectly! The check in process was very easy to follow. There is an information book with a photo of their family and resteraunts nearby that is perfect and fun to go through. The master bedroom has a double showerhead (on both sides of the shower) so its very very nice! If youre thinking about staying here this is the perfect get away! They did a wonderful job and have so many accomidations. We will be coming back sometime in the future! Thank you guys.

This house is FULLY stocked. Bring your food and your clothes. This house has extra bedding and tons of cookware. It even has full-sized shampoo and conditioner in every shower. The house is comfortable and spacious, we had 9 adults, a toddler and 2 infants and we all had space and babies crying in the night was not heard by the non parent guests. We didn't want to leave. Unfortunately a previous renter was pretty rough and careless. Its too bad people don't take care of things they don't own. They left doorknob holes in walls, cracked drinking glasses, a broken tv, and a toilet paper holder ripped off the wall. As well as all the trash dumpsters completely full and blowing trash around on the ground.

This home was just right for our family vacation. The spacious layout made it possible for early-risers to have coffee and chat while others were still enjoying a good sleep. The neighborhood was quiet, and the walk to the beach and brewpub was quick and easy. When we had a question about the hot tub, our host responded quickly and offered a helpful solution. All in all it was a wonderful vacation, and we will be recommending this house to our friends!

My group and I did not have the best experience. The place was not cleaned upon our arrival. Took some time to get in touch with the owners to arrange for cleaning. Overall, it delayed our check in by 2 hours, and it was too late by then for our group to have dinner together. The place has 13 sleeping spots (if you count a baby crib). If you plan on having 16 people, think through your sleeping arrangements. The location was nice, walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked. The hot tub has no privacy, it is next to the street. The TV upstairs did not work. The house needs a deep clean, at least once in awhile - surfaces were very visibly dusty.

It was a great place and accommodated a bigger group. Very nice location close to the beach. It did have some holes in the walls, broken outdoor furniture and missing toilet paper holder but we still enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Family Reunion

It’s in a great location and really is 5 min from the beach. Plenty of room for the 13 of us and in a nice neighborhood. We couldn’t get the key out of the lockbox and had a few troubles with the hot tub, but we worked through it with the help of the owners who were quick to respond. We would definitely return.

We loved our stay at this house and made amazing memories! The beds were so comfy! I’m trying to figure out what mattress topper they had on their upstairs master bed, it was like sleeping on a cloud! That being said, the house could use a little better cleaning. Baseboards and window sills all seemed like they hadn’t been cleaned for some time. Under the couch hadn’t been cleaned and had some wrappers. Found a popsicle wrapper behind the upstairs toilet. Upstairs master bathroom, right sink didn’t drain well. Upstairs bathroom sink also didn’t drain well. Vent in upstairs master bathroom, so loud! Idk if it’s broken or that’s how it is. With all that being said, we would still rent it again. Small little things that can be easily taken care of and didn’t negatively affect our stay. 5 out of 5 for us! Had a small problem upon arrival and the host was very responsive! Also, found a fun hike behind the neighborhood! So worth it! Kid friendly! Jacuzzi was amazing. Wish it had a fence around it for when it’s windy.

Love this location. Quiet, private. Lots of silverware, plates, cups, pots and pans, towels, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Well stocked! This is our second time at this beach house. Love the floor plan. We will be back!

House worked out great for our group. We had some issues with the hot tub which required us to use ai to get running again. I would recommend housecleaning make sure this is setup for guests when they arrive. Looks like previous guests shut off power and pulled fuse out and it was laying on the ground. It was not intuitive nor did our text to host yield beneficial info on how to get this properly up and running again. Because of this issue, this amenity was unavailable for our group the first night.

Great family vacation stay!!

We thoroughly loved our time here. House was just as pictured and described. Very clean. Beds comfy. We loved that it was a quick and pleasant walk to the beach. LOVED the Pelican dining place in the beach. LOVED the stimulus coffee shop with really delicious drinks and bakery goodies. Overall a memorable, wonderful time for our family group of 12.

Whole family stayed for 8 days over Memorial Day week. The house was so enjoyable! Lots of room for adults and kids. The fireplace kept us warm and cozy and the hot tub was an extra bonus. Comfy beds and a spacious well equipped kitchen for our meals. Such a beautiful home in a gorgeous area of the Oregon Coast!!
