"Highly recommend. Hotel is more so in hallendale beach. HReasonably priced. Walking distance to beach. Prepare to bring your own towels in case they run out. The chair rentals closes promptly at 4:30. They will sweep the chairs right from under you. Pool by the Oceanside with a bar. Onsite dining and conveniently located next to a combo store and Publix down the street. Only had two issues which was a slight smell in the room and I wish I booked a longer stay. Definitely look forward to"

"Total "bait and switch." The property is a loud, smelly construction zone with workers looking into units. My room was filthy (dusty vents/stained furniture) with a broken toilet and no working phone for emergencies.Management (Ammos LLC) is unprofessional, dismissive, and eventually ghosted our calls. Even the building staff warned us about them! Listing photos are heavily edited—the reality is cluttered, rusted, and neglected. Do not book.#TravelWarning #SianResort #Ammos LLC"
