Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
Booked a 2 bedroom and received a 3 bedroom with small tiny rooms since “they didn’t have”.
Rooms are not cleaned well, mostly likely they don’t change sheets as one bed was covered in hair as soon as we walked in. I asked do you do housekeeping? Said with such confidence to make me feel stupid for asking the response was “of course we do after you leave”. Phones to the front desk don’t work, had to go down to the front desk to ask for fresh towels. Half hour later still no towels went back a second time and finally got it.
Second night I asked for fresh towels and they were delivered to the wrong room on my floor.
Couch is covered with couch covers as it’s probably filthy. Carpet and floors have a nice shade of black and filth. Doors to the balcony have such a draft the rooms were cold from the draft and filled with mosquitos getting in from the cracks.
