While the hotel is well maintained and the room was clean and well kept, there were several problems.
1. Elevators are extremely slow. Be prepared to line up and wait, sometimes for 5-10 min.
2. There was no phone in the room to call down to the front desk, if you need to speak to someone you need to go to the lobby. Staff were very responsive but there should be a way to call down.
3. This is a VERY busy hotel, and you will hear noises throughout the night. We were woken up both nights of our stay by other guests having parties. The first night at 4am!!! The second night at 2 am. Granted it was a long weekend, and not the hotel’s fault, it still reflects poorly on their brand and reputation. And of course I needed to go down to the lobby at 4 am as I couldn’t call down.
Other than these issues, the staff were kind and responsive to our needs.
