"Easy to access but the unit was a bit dirty and dated. Stairs to the upstairs creaked and felt unstable. Smelled of “skunk”. Might’ve been neighbors but it was definitely stinking up the place. King mattress in bedroom was very very soft and could stand to be replaced. Overall was fine for our needs but could have some simple updates/better cleaning. "

"My problem is not with the unit I reserved, nor the unit I was switched to two hours before check in time. My problem is with Emerald Coast property management, who manage the units. I stayed in a Gulf Crest unit which was clean but definitely needs some TLC; and I was charged 53 for a parking pass, which no one can seem to reimburse me for."

"Step to the beach and ocean. Plenty of room for our large family group. Kids loved the heated pool. Plenty ofbathrooms, the two kitchens was a bonus withp plenty of room for food the prep.Keeping on my return list. Host is great with quick responses and providing area information. "
