"They now charge a parking fee which is not listed. The front desk worker when we arrived was not friendly at all we did arrive early and she asked for our number in case they got some rooms cleaned but we never got a call like we usually do. The worker that checked us in was friendly and helpful. This is the fifth stay we have had here but won’t go back. The room was way outdated. The shower couldn’t be turned off when u turned it so far it went back from hot to cold vice versa but not off just kept spinning"

"I wasn’t able to use my microwave or refrigerator as well as ice bucket due to rust mold and mildew some staff was very disrespectful as I bought my concerns to them also a wash cloth was dirty folded up nice and neat when I opened the washcloth i noticed it stained with dirt also had issues with the receptacle in the room as well also parking was not good you had to park 2 blocks away some nights from where hotel was at ….I tried to get another room hoping it would e better they told me they had none available for me also they wouldn’t let me get out of my reservation so that I could go to another hotel so that I could feel comfortable and enjoy what I thought I signed up and paid for so that I could enjoy my vacation they made me feel not a valued customer !!!!"

"The property was as expected. The check-in process was not as expected. The representative was not very friendly and appeared to be bothered by my questions. Also, I paid for a cart where I walked over to get it and had to walk back. The cart was not in place and took over an hour to be assigned another cart. The bellman was very nice. I requested to speak with a supervisor/manager, and it was over 4 hours later before Yuslema, as she identified herself, responded. When I spoke with her, she was very dismissive and even chuckled about the situation stating, "you have one now don't you?" Additionally, she stated that she just looked at my message. I asked her was there any concessions for my ordeal and she said "No. You have a cart now." I reiterated the situation and she was again dismissive. I am not pleased at all with my experience with Yuslema."
