Room was great, housekeeper friendly, we only had one problem. There must have been a large drain pipe in the wall. We kept hearing water gushing from above like someone was emptying a big bucket down through the wall. Oh yes, and the big AC unit outside the window running all night. But we had a good time in SA.

Check in was good, the front desk guy was nice and answered all questions. We are frequent visitors but this maybe out last. We are thinking of staying elsewhere when we come back to San Antonio, the reason because the check out clerk was very rude when we called after checking out about a charge we saw on our bank account. Her tone was nasty like she didn’t want to be bothered. She needs to learn that in this industry you must have customer service skills and you need to learn to deal with all kinds of people. No how good a hotel is good, staff can make you look elsewhere.

I gave this property an overall 2 stars due to the fact both rooms we were in which were next to each other (rooms 136 & 138) had mold growing on the ceiling ... in room 136 it was in the back right corner on the ceiling and in room 138 it was in the back left corner of the ceiling ... due to this I had a rough night and had to check-out early ...

The place is good for younger people that can walk to the river walk and around the area. For us it kind of hard, because we have old people with us. We wish the place would have a shuttler bus. Other why we are happy with our stay.
