"The hotel in appearance was nice. It had a pool, hot tub, sauna, gym. Sadly the towels in the pool area were not getting refreshed at times. My room 324 did not have a working AC so I had to move to a different room. Front staff was not rude just not accommodating. Overall it was an okay stay."

"While the staff was pleasant and helpful, and the property and building were nice, I had the following issues. 1. The cable TV consistently glitches when watching local news channels. 2. The heater/ac in the room did not work. So, when it was cold outside, the room was cold. When it was hot outside, the room was hot. Only the fan worked on the unit. 3. The shower head was positioned low. As such, I had to crouch to take a shower. When the shower head was repositioned, it kept falling. 4. Pool was unusable for most of the stay due to water main break and chemical balancing. 5. Gym room was missing half of the lower weighted dumb bells, making exercising impossible. 6. Because of water main break, it was necessary too purchase bottled water and do laundry off site. While some of this was outside Sonesta's control, other issues were fully within Sonesta's control."
