The staff was very kind, and available to us. On arrival, after booking a jet tub room we were told that the jet tub was broken. The staff gave us some off the room and were great. However, the room was very humid and had a mildew smell. The carpet was also wet, as if someone had been rambunctious in thr tub, or it had leaked.

This was just a quick over night stay, however we were very pleased with our experience while we were there. Would definitely stay here again. It was in a good area, plenty of restaurants, Meijers is close by for the items you may have forgotten, and easy on and off interstate.

I arrived at 9pm at night and got given room. Walked into the room and the bed was dirty, food on the tables used towels all over the bathroom. I called front desk and Dominique answered and I told her this was unacceptable and she told me too bad we don't deal with that, its housekeeping. We don't have any other rooms available so you could come down and get a refund!!!! She was beyond rude, I came down to the desk to confront her rudeness and she was even more rude about it all. Would not recommend this hotel at all!!!!

The front desk staff was wonderful and the main entrance of the establishment is beautiful but once getting to the room my floor was dirty so they did switch my room it was very dated bathroom was just dusty toilet was super loose they did come tighten it the rooms need updating the chairs was stained really bad and the lamp shades where stained the remote was missing the back to it. I will not go back
