Rooms are in terrible condition. Breakfast on Monday didn't include waffles because the guy in charge didn't have time to make them. Guy on Sunday ran circles around the guy on Monday. And, why can't we make our own waffles?

The air conditioning unit fell apart. I saw roaches. I didn’t expect too much but I expected the basic cleanliness. Very disappointing. Would like a refund.

the room was overall clean and nice, no bed bugs! there was a bit of mold in a corner on the floor and a corner on the ceiling but the place was overall amazing for the price. all the staff were super helpful, just make sure you ask for your deposit when you leave. would definitely stay there again

Air conditioning worked. Building was very dirty, no vacuuming done dirt built up everywhere. Sheets were heavily stained with little dots that looked like blood. Lights didn’t work. No phone no lamps. Hallways had a very strong smell of marijuana. The customer service was good at the desk checking in.

It was dirty, room had multiple patches in walls, no room phone, no plastic cups, no coffee maker, & ice machine was out of order. Vending machine had a note on it saying to use at your own risk. No continental breakfast either.
