We were super thrilled with the cleanliness and location The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel The shower water hot and strong. The room was good size and very clean. We looked at the pool and exersize room but did not use them as time did not permit. They were very clean The check in staff were super friendly and helpful with all information Worth it , thank you

The staff was friendly and the room was spacious and ideal for our family of 5. The kids loved the shower, haha. The only thing that I disliked was the fact that this hotel didn't have microwaves in the room as other hotels do. I thought that was odd but overall it was such a wonderful stay. If all Hyatt hotels are like this then we'll continue booking when we travel.

Rarely do you find a hotel where the staff seems genuinely happy to be there and delighted to serve the customers. There were smiles all around and it felt like family. I'm a business traveler and I spend evenings in the room working and I like to have a nice, clean room. This one had a huge picture window and the evening sun lit up the room. I felt safe and it was easy to request a room refresh--I will definitely go back again! This is a very well-managed property so kudos to the team! :)

We showed up to the property to find out they had no reservation even though we made it over a month prior. So we had to stand around and wait for an hour so they could try to fix their mistake. Then the following night I went to go get food for me and my wife and showed back up to our room key not working. They tried to fix it and then tried to tell us they would fix it in the morning. That was at 9:30pm. We told the staff we needed our belongings because my wife is over 7 months pregnant and needed medication that was locked in there so they called maintenance and he said the same thing to wait until morning I said that is unacceptable so he decided he would drill the lock to our room. The manager then told him to wait until she got there and did not show up until midnight and acted like she was saving the day 3 hours after we were locked out of our room. Never will we stay there again. If you do decide to stay there bring all of your belongings everytime you leave the room even if it’s just to go across the street because if you get locked out they’ll try to get into it tomorrow not at the time of the problem.
