Not as advertised

The room was small and had a smell to it! The beds were very uncomfortable. Upon arrival heading to our room. The hallway was filled with noise due to other individuals staying. The next morning expected to be able to go to the gym they advertised, to be let down. The equipment was not up to date. The treadmill barely worked and the elliptical sounded as if it was about to fall apart! We planned on staying two nights but decided to drive back home! The long drive was more appealing than staying another night! The one positive was the young man checking us in! He was wonderful!

Nice place for the price. Pool is nice and staff is friendly. In the parking lot it has one huge pot hole by the sewer grate that needs fixed. Just be cautious.

I accidentally booked the wrong date on the app and management did not refund the night or even call me back. I spoke to the front desk about it and the woman stated she would call me back once the manager authorized it. Never got a call back and I ended up paying for a stay that I did not need.

Bad stay

I had been trying to stay with them when i come home. The last time was my last my reservation was messed up ask for king they gave me handicapped . Then when they change it gave a double full beds first two rooms smelled very bad the third beds were uncomfortable my stay was for 5 days not once was my room cleaned. Management was not willing to compromise or try to fix anything Im done with them . The entry doors were broken. I paid on-line so i could not be refunded or that's what they told me It was just horrible. The young lady at the desk was new and never received help from Management. So i would advise to stay somewhere else. There are a couple of other hotels in the immediate area.

My boyfriend and I stayed one night here in April, 2025. The hotel was nice enough. The Staff, both at check in and check out, were wonderful! They were both very friendly and happy to answer our questions about the area. Our room was on the ground floor, right next to the laundry room, then the breakfast area, then the lobby, which did make for some noises. The room was your basic hotel room. The TV could have been bigger. I believe the one in there was a 32" (or smaller). The bathroom was VERY small and there was a used bar of soap that appeared to have been brought by a previous guest, still in the bathtub. I'm not sure if it was over looked by housekeeping when they cleaned the room after a previous guest? Or if they didn't clean at all?

Hallway had a file order in it, and the doors were very heavy so they made loud noises throughout the night closer to the main entrance or side entrances hard for people to sleep

My day was comfortable me and my children enjoy the pool, but at least Grandson ❤️ for sure lol the water was not hot at all and I know it could be better. Nevertheless, hospitality was straight. Food could be better.
