Brand New hotel. Everything was clean and nice. Thermostat was motion based so if you wake up could you have to walk around to trigger it, kind of lame. Stayed 2 days, they didn't clean the room or make the bed. Would have liked the trashed removed.

Breakfast was cold every day. Good choices but not kept warm. Heat/cooling in the room was very noisy. We had to turn it off at night so we could sleep. It’s a new property and quite nice; convenient location . They just need to get some kinks out.

Pool was not clean. No towels at the pool. Staff was difficult to find to correct issues. Breakfast on Sunday ended at 9:30 but food was gone by 9:10. Won’t stay again.

The room was dirty. Dust, hair, crumbs along the walls. Sheets had holes in them. Smelled like an ashtray. Surfaces were smudged with film. I’ve never experienced a hotel like this before. The front reception person was great.
