Door didn’t lock the first night, didn’t realize until I came back from dinner and just opened it without key!!! Had to wait for a maintenance man to repair it then every day the key reader wouldn’t work! The carpet was musty and dirty, the walls had markings all over! Checked out a day early! And on duty said she couldn’t do anything because it was booked from Expedia. Never staying there again

Check in/ check out was very easy. I traveled with my husband and 3 children and the room was perfect. The beds were very comfortable and clean. We did enjoy a swim and the pool was very clean and they offered towels. Breakfast in the morning was delicious with a variety of options. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone.

Staff there went above and beyond. Huge shout out to Amara (hopefully spelling your name right darling!). Breakfast was a good variety (biscuits, gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, toast, bagels, waffles, juice, and milk). The hotel was clean and they were very accommodating.

Keith at the front desk was welcoming. The property has chipped paint and astetoc issues everywhere you look in the rooms and lobby. I booked a non smoking rm and was given a smoking rm so had to change, but Keithwas good.

The AC didn’t work on a hot evening. Didn’t sleep well. They weren’t able to let us take another room as it was sold out. Got charged the full amount. The shower wouldn’t drain well. Stood in water while showering. Not the best experience. Not worth the full amount.
