The rooms, and the hotel in general, are old, but that’s fine with me. My main concern was the dirty bed sheets and the lack of proper customer service from the front desk staff. They clearly need more training to ensure guest satisfaction.
I called the front desk person “ Iqbal”to request extra towels, and instead of sending them to my room, I was told to come and pick them up myself which I didn’t mind too much at first. However, I was shocked to find a large stain on my bed sheet. When I brought it to the front desk, the staff member” Iqbal”, reacted with little to no concern. I told Iqbal it is an advice to you as a loyal customer is to focus on cleanliness if you want your guests to leave satisfied. People pay to enjoy their short stay here, His response was simply, “You need to talk to my manager”, So, that’s what I’m doing now, leaving this review in the hope that the higher manager will read it and try to improve the quality of the service
On top of that, they made copies of my driver’s license and my credit card, which I find strange and concerning, but I think that was because their system was down.
Breakfast was below my expectation.
