It was worth it for us, would come back 😊

The staff was awesome and helpful. For the price point it was very nice. The kitchenette cabinets were nice looking, dishwasher was clean, they had decent dishes and cookware, fridge was clean, bathroom was clean and nice with the hotel brand soap and lotion attached to the wall/mirror and body wash shampoo and conditioner fastened to the shower wall, fresh towels, well-made and very comfortable bed, nice desk and chair, didn't look tattered. Also, kitchen had dish soap and powder for the dishwasher, kitchen towels to dry and wash as well, and a small two eye countertop stove that was clean and worked. I came to visit family for my daughter's 16th birthday and they made sure we were comfortable which included correcting to the best of their ability a situation with guests who smoked (we have breathing issues not to mention it's supposed to be smoke free). They made me happy to be there. The previous year I had to stay at a place where the sheets were always damp for some reason and had to be pulled back to dry for sleep and that room at a diff hotel chain made my CPAP stink and I couldn't use it for two weeks to a month after that................... This place made me forget about that nightmare. Thank you to the staff for making our visit one we DID NOT regret.

Reeked of pee and accompanied by ants

Front desk girl was rude about the holding fee. The air had to stay on 60 degrees inside the room because it smelled of pure pee coming from the carpet. I was accompanied by ants the entire stay, saw them on the bed when I first came through the door and they were all over the room. There were no other rooms available and I would’ve been penalized for cancelling my reservation so I had to stay in an unclean ant infested room.

Selena was one of the nicest, friendliest and helpful people I have ever met. We were in town for a memorial service and had 3 rooms booked. She went above and beyond to help us get checked in a little early after our long flights. Rooms were clean and spacious and staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff is amazing and goes above and beyond to help. Unfortunately I can’t remember her name, but she was working the desk August 16 @ approx around 11:30 pm. We were late arrivals, and she worked hard to be sure we had a room. The phones were blowing up, and she also handled other guests issues. Customer service all the way. You do not want to lose employees like her, a gem!!

There were no food at the hotel. Pop corn was too salty. Bed was good. the best part was the kitchen facility. This is a special amenity at Sonesta.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The service was good and every staff member I encountered was friendly and professional. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth. I loved the suite with the stovetop and the division of the bedroom and the rest of the room and the cherry on top was the price. Great price, great experience, and great room. I definitely recommend.
