Our stay was very nice. Quiet, clean, comfortable, with good breakfast. The staff handled a large group of football families in town for an event with ease & professionalism. I was impressed with every staff member we encountered, including the maintenence man, the breakfast attendant, house keeping & front desk.

The afternoon/evening staff was very helpful and accommodating when we realized the booking was misleading, and again when we pulled out the pull out bed, and found a bare mattress. They were quick to bring up the bedding. Not enough pillows, and there was mold in the freezer of the mini fridge, and a slightly run down bathroom with mold and lots of dust on the bathroom fan, that did not work. Comfy bed and very friendly staff. Good breakfast as well

The staff was excellant. I stayed for 4 nights while a relative was hospitalized at Corewell. The staff was very accommodating and knowledgeable. The breakfast area had everything anyone would of wanted and area was very clean. Only negative was these workers deserve to have their place of employment needs a good updating.

Good choice. Close to Beaumont Hospital.

The staff during our staff was really top notch. Helpful, attentive, engaging and friendly. Beds were great!!! and the Breakfast choices were very nice. As with many hotels in the Detroit area, they could use some property improvements(outside property looks a bit in need, the furniture in our room pretty outdated). Even with that said, I would stay here again. Feels fairly safe too.

Good location for my purpose. Friendly staff. Room and hallway smell like people have smoked. Floor a bit worn out. Layout of the room standard. Bathroom floor a bit sticky. Decent breakfast. Great waffles at breakfast. This property as many other Hampton Inns need renovation.
