Best 500$ i've ever spent

Overall so clean and friendly. I wish to take my grandmother here soon! Only saw a few bullet holes better than my home. (:

Worst place ever

Cons: unprofessional, unmaintained
Upon check in, my key wouldn't open the door. No big deal, I go back to the main desk and inform them. They switch me to another room. I go to the room, the key opens the door. I think great, and put my stuff in the room and me and the kids head out to visit family. 6 hours later I come back to the room and put the baby to bed and turn around and notice the the door jam is MISSING!! The door wouldn't even lock!! I go to the desk and tell them about this. They say the only room they have left is a king bed. I inform them that I have 3 small children with me, the girl says to go check it out. So I go look at the room, it has a pull out sofa bed, so I take the room. I load my stuff and kids into the room. I turn o the AC unit and it blows out cool air, not cold but cool. I go back to the office and let them know. By now I'm beyond mad. SHe says that her manager won't let her change my room again because I checked in over 6 hours ago!! I ended up staying there due to the 4th of july weekend. I did get a business card and googled the parent company. While staying in the room I called corporate office and filed a formal complaint with them. She said someone will be contacting me within 3 business days, I'm not holding my breath. The biggest thing was while I was standing there arguing with the girl about how unprofessional this is, she asked me to step to the side to wait on another unsatisfied guest. She offered them a suite with jacuzzi and 2 full sized beds!!?!?! I thought all she had left was a king, I asked, she didn't have an answer. STAY AWAY FROM THESE HOTELS!!!!! Knight Inn and Hampton Inn are owned by the same people!

Worst Hotel Ever

Rude Staff! Front desk was on the cell phone the whole time or playing computer games. The room was falling apart. Bad stench in room. Cigarette burns all over in a non smoking room. Mirror cracked, spiders everywhere. Tiles cracked and missing on the bathroom floor. Sheets had stains and rips in them. Clean towels had lip stick marks on it. Was promised a continental breakfast. Just had Dunkin Donuts and coffee. All the donuts were gone by the time I got there at 8 AM; only 12 donunt slots for all of the guests. Over heard the maintenance man yelling at a guest. Horrible stay!

Do your self a favior and dont stay hear!

Our room was the best out of the groups but was still in very poor condition. The carpet was dirty the room was non-smoking but there were ashes on the bathroom floor. The room smelled horible. There was blood stains on the box springs for the bed, and holes in the outside of the bathtub. The door was very hard to close from where someone forced the door open and hard to lock. The girl behind the bullet proof glass hardley spoke english and was very hard to talk to. But all in all you get what you pay for!

In a seedy area

Furniture was damaged, cigarette burns in blanket, not for a family or single person stay. plus sadly also had pornography free on the TV so definitely not family-friendly.

NEVER AGAIN

Dirty room, dim lighting, wall paper peeling off walls, Check in thru bullet-proof glass.\nActually went into room and left hotel for a Holiday Inn.

Filth and broken bed

Hair in sink from man who had shaved. One bed was broken and my husband had to stick drawer under mattress to hold it up. And this morning we saw a cockroach crawling by the sink. We cancelled and lost $25.00, Guess there are no decent cheap rooms. Should have known better!
