Extremely firm check in policy. I was told all visitors must wait until 3 PM. I arrived at 1:30 and asked to check in and they didn’t even offer to let me check in when a room became available; I HAD to wait until 3 PM. I understand the check in time is posted, however this is very rarely ever actually enforced and I’ve never experienced a hotel that wouldn’t allow me to check in when a room became available. The lobby had several people all waiting until 3 PM to check in. The lobby also smells like sewage. I thought it was someone in the first floor bathroom, but it smelled that way both days of my trip. Finally, the comforter on my bed was too warm and I asked for something lighter. The only option they have is another bed sheet. There is no mid-weight blanket.

Check in was great. Tony was kind, courteous and professional. He was a big help in letting us know about the exercise facility and was extremely gracious in offering us a different room due to a problem with the toilet, it kept filling up with water. People like Tony, who go the extra mile, are what keep people coming back. Thanks!

It was fantastic place to stay. It is unbelievably clean that I thought they just opened it but it was there since 2017. The service was great everywhere the room service the dining service. Itwas just fantastic. My family was very happy there. Manal and Rite were making the dining place is spectacular. And does just the name I remembered the rest were fantastic too I wish I remember all the names. The customer service starting from the front desk all the way to the housekeeping we're fantastic.
