1)Trash in parking lot. 2) Broken bathroom door. 3) Asked front desk for one extra pillow. Nope 4) They do supply breakfast - but no coffee. Both large coffee containers empty. Spent 20 minutes eating food, hoping staff would refill the coffee, but no staff visible in dining area, or the front desk. *They did have hot water and little packets of freeze-dried decaf, I'll pass. 5) "Check Out Procedure" Basket on the front desk with a note attach, instructing guest to check out by leaving their key in basket. If you're going to have a self check-out, supply a secure drop box to put key cards in. A pile of key cards laying open in a basket, sets up a passing bad actor bystander, that could easily grab a key and go to that room, trash it until 11am checkout, leave and the guest would be totally liable for the damages. Shady and lazy tactics.

The property is not well taken care of and it is noticeably dirty. It was a nice hotel at one time but not now. The room smelled of smoke and the beds are horribly uncomfortable. I will NOT be staying there again.
