Family stay at Michigan Holiday Inn Express
We enjoyed the stay overall as the room was clean and comfortable plus the staff was helpful. The free breakfast included was also great as we had a good meal before we started our busy day. The only thing I didn't like was the pool which we were really looking forward to using as it was very cold where typically an indoor pool is heated. We did use the pool, however, it just would have been nicer if it was a decent temperature where you weren't freezing getting in the pool.

The hotel is convenient for dining and shopping. However the one staff member was extremely rude and the description online is inaccurate since it shows a hot tub and there is not one there.

Great location but left exhausted
The hotel had a convenient location and nice staff. The room itself was clean and spacious. The pool area was dirty and jam packed with people. Not enough room to sit and over capacity. I did feel like our door to our room was made of paper. We could hear everything including conversations from the room across the hall, not to mention all the kids screaming and running through the halls. The house keepers started early and we could hear them all morning long ( not their fault) basically if you wanted to sleep past 7:30 it wasn’t going to happen
