"The breakfast area, lobby and hallways were clean. The room needed a deep cleaning. The toilet and shower were not clean. There was a layer of dust on the mirrors and dresser. The curtains were stained. "

"There was no staff. We tried calling from 5-6 with no answer because we had a question about our room. Arrived at 9 for check in and they don’t staff the desk that late so we had to check in via computer which is not very personable for the hospitality industry. The bed frame was rickety metal and was loud every time we moved. The bathroom fan sounded like a plane taking off. Both my showers were cold. There was no hand soap so I had to use shower gel at the sink. Overall it was a terrible experience and I won’t be returning and will be suggesting to friends and family to avoid the hotel at all costs. "

"One of the gentlemen at the front desk was very arrogant unfriendly unpleasant he act like I was a chip on his shoulder and he was trying to knock it off very disrespectful"

"Lovely woman at the check-in counter, very personable and made the check-in process short and smooth as possible. She offered options on location for our room, which was helpful because my mother has mobility issues. Hotel has a great location and offers a free basic breakfast with plenty of seating. Keeping in mind the great value you get for this hotel the room was without tissues, cups for rinsing your mouth and brushing your teeth, and a trashcan. I did reply to a check-in text, asking for these materials, but did not receive them. The TV was analog and only offered one clear picture. The rest of the channels were fuzzy. we stayed in room 110. The bedsheets had small holes but sheets were overall clean and well-made. I had a comfortable night sleep. The most disappointing part was going into the restroom and seeing a cockroach scurry across the countertop. The other guests were quiet and the heating unit worked well. Overall, the friendliness of the staff is probably not enough to have me return. I’ll probably pay a higher cost for more ammenities and cleaner room."
