Staff was always nice and accomodating even with the 3x that we had to change rooms. On the other hand, I was not happy to find out that the mattress was filthy and pretty stained. The free breakfast was a nice touch although it could use a bit of variety. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Thank You.

The first room we were placed in had such a stench in the hallway and the room I almost checked out. I was moved to a different floor and wing. The second room was filthy, with no wash clothes or hand towels. No coffee cups, soap or shampoo.
