We liked the two outdoor pools, the one at the top of the mountain has an infinity edge with incredible mountain views. We didn’t like that the water park was not included in the price of the room, and the construction was loud at 8am.

It took over an hour from check in until we could be escorted to our room ( their standard practoce). After getting there, we noticed recessed lighting hanging down, light bulbs missing, balcony door wouldnt unlock and that we had been placed in a handicap room with no tub or shower curtain. Maintenance came to fix the lighting but didnt leave until after midnight which made waking up to construction at 6:30 am even worse. Disappointed.

I didn’t like the fact that their was not enough parking near rooms for guest( we had to park 1/2 mile away and walk in the rain and hard blowing wind). We couldn’t get the temperature in our room adjusted( it was way to hot) all the construction equipment being out and in the way stopping traffic was inconvenient, we had to find our room ourself because they could not find or get employees to report to help us and the golf carts that employees drove around blocked parking and took up spaces that show have been available for guest.
