Clean room and common areas. Great location, walkable to just about everything you want to do in town. Front desk service is hit or miss. Most of the time they were cold and/or rude, including at check-in. Did have an issue with a charge though which was quickly resolved, brownie points for that because given the prior interactions I was not expecting a pleasant experience. Beds/pillows aren’t the most comfortable, mattress too thin and soft (sagging) for my taste.

A great stay! In the heart of Gatlinburg. Next to Anakeesta! Near alk the shops! What more could you ask for? Though I didn't see one on this last day, you may see an actual black bear in the parking lot or in the smoking area!

Nice place to stay

We love the close proximity to downtown. Maid service was very friendly as well as the staff at the front desk. Checking in and out was very quick and easy.

Check in was very easy. Very nice location, walkable to downtown Gatlinburg. Cleaningbstaff took care of room daily. Very friendly staff. Noticed our ceiling leaking, resulted in a puddle of water on the floor. Notified the Manager. Our room was changed immediately. The next day we had an evacuation for fire alarm. Fireman & police arrived quickly. Building was deemed safe and wecwere able tongo back inside. Loved the balcony and bear watching at night! Overall we were pleased with our stay.
