Front desk always very friendly, room was clean and modern. No closet, only one oddly located hook for hanging clothing. The breakfast was pretty standard and they did not run out but there wasn't enough seating. Interior hallway around the elevator area had large stains on the carpet. The exterior looked worn and tired. The ceiling of the patio was dirty and perhaps moldy. Overall, it might actually be a 3 but the room was good and the exterior condition was probably fitting for the price.

Great location!! Near trolly stop, great restaurants and Hillbilly Golf and Moonshine Coaster. Right on the river! So relaxing! Only thing I would change is to add a regular sitting chair to the room!

In the perfect spot to walk to all attractions and avoid the traffic. Staff was amazing and in was clean, renovated and had a relaxing view.

The hotel room was clean. The bed was ok. The pool was mediocre. The complementary breakfast was mediocre. The roommprice was to high. But the terrible part was due to the legalization of marijuana. The smell was everywhere in the hotel except our room. I will vacation in a different location from now on.

Recommend stay… nice

The lady was a bit short & rude with her tone of voice and facial expression when I asked if the room was river front. I had no idea all the rooms there were riverfront. The room was very night, clean, and comfortable.

No water.

No water in machines. No soda in machines. Would not give us water, and I was having dehydration and heat stroke, still they would not give us water. Bed uncomfortable. Nice thing and appreciated, was the nice smoking area. Very nice for a good amount of smokers. Would not stay again.
