Parking: Two vehicles are permitted here during your stay. Additional cars will be asked to be moved or towed. Vehicles larger than 25’ long are not permitted within the HOA.
Daily Bear Activity: We do have daily bear activity in the community and at the Villa Chalet. Do not leave food, trash, or anything else a bear might think is food outside. Keep vehicle doors locked while parked. NEVER feed the bears or try to pet them.
During your stay, you will receive a one-time bed and bath linen set up as well as the start-up amenities listed below. These start-up amenities will not be replenished during your stay.
Start-up amenities: toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, dish soap, laundry detergent, and kitchen sponge.
There is construction taking place within the neighborhood, typical construction noises may be heard throughout your stay and are beyond our control.
The Villa Chalet is on well water. It is not uncommon for well water to have an odor or brown/yellow color from time to time.
The Chalet is located in the Great Smoky Mountains. As you exit the parkway in Gatlinburg and drive to the chalet you will be on some winding, narrow at times, steep roads. 4WD is recommended in the case of inclement weather.
