Quick weekend getaway

After a stressful week at work, we needed a quick trip to the mountains! Perfect spot and the creek right outside provided the perfect background to relax!

Wonderful Anniversary Trip

My husband and I always enjoy staying at the Gatehouse. The condos are very spacious and overlook the roaring fork creek. They are very close to town, either to walk or drive. We did appreciate the updates recently completed in this unit. The kitchen while not overly stocked had the necessities and plenty of storage areas for the items we bring from home. We also appreciated the blackout curtains on the bedroom windows. Sitting on the corner balcony, having coffee, listening to the creek was wonderful. We loved the fireplace on cool mornings and evenings. The keyless entry was perfect and the parking space for this unit is very convenient to the stairs. There was an issue with communication; I was willing to overlook the initial issue but we never received a message to ensure everything was OK upon check in nor a response from a message I sent after checking in regarding cleanliness. The condo was not necessarily dirty but it also was not very clean. I am particular and do bring my own cleaning supplies but there was no mop available. The floors had not been swept or mopped. While the newer furniture looks nice it was a little uncomfortable. The Nest thermostat never stayed on the settings we programmed. These issues did not hinder our stay and overall we really enjoyed staying in this unit. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Condo in Great Location

This condo is in a GREAT location in Gatlinburg. Just off the beaten path off the "strip". The condo is spacious and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here if we were in the area again! The property manager was very attentive and happy to help!

Spacious condo

Spacious condo, I love how it has 2 king beds, nice updated bathrooms and open floor plan between kitchen and living room. The balcony is big and over looking the River. We are able to walk to town as well.

Gatehouse

The condo was extemely nice. Very large balcony overlooking the creek. Within walking distance of town. It was clean. The fireplace was one of my favorite features and it has a super nice walk-in shower. Would definitely book again if I was in the are.

Relaxing

Overall a wonderful stay and beautiful place to stay. The only issue was master shower was very slow to drain and the instructions for how to leave condo were not easily found. I was looking on my app for instructions and didn’t find anything . Luckily someone in our party saw it just before we left it would be better if left on counter with the other note. Otherwise we had a wonderful time and would enjoy coming back

A Little Piece of Heaven

My best friend of over 50 years and I take a girl's week away from family and responsibilities once a year. We've stayed in 3 different condos in this building and have never been disappointed. Amazing!

We absolutely loved our stay here! It’s a quick walk to downtown Gatlinburg, or other restaurants the other direction, and close to the everything you may need. The balcony overlooking the brook was so peaceful to listen to and we sat out there every morning and evening. It was clean, easy to check-in, check-out, park, etc. I would highly recommend!!!
