First room air conditioner was very noisy second night the air conditioner smelt like someone peed in it and we couldn’t use it had to open the door and window until we went to sleep to air the smell out. Balcony offered no view and the door on the balcony didn’t have a lock

While the rooms appear to be recently update, there is still a lot of age showing on the property. Elevator was clanging and popping and had a overwheming smell of grease. Bathroom was not clean. Very minimal of non-existant furninshings in the room. Teo bed, 1 chair, 1 desk. No trash can, no luggage rack, nothing that would warrant a $280 a night fee.

The hotel is just a little bit off the strip of Gatlinburg. With a toddler it made it convenient for us to walk to shops and come back to the hotel when needed. The room was very spacious and clean. At the hotel they have 2 pools and they were clean and very nice. I would recommend this hotel to people heading to Gatlinburg.
