My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was phenomenal. Happy hour in the evening was very nice. We enjoyed meeting other guest around the firepit. The ice machine on our floor was not working but it was a short walk to the next one. The only thing I did not like was having to pay for parking on arrival. In the description when booking it said all fees were included. So paying for parking was a surprise. And why would you have to pay additional fees to park where you have paid to stay. Parking should be included. All and all we had a great stay.

The hotel looks brand new, it’s located near the “downtown street” with stores restaurants etc, AMAZING breakfast, staff is lovely and the rooms are so great!!! The view from the balcony is breathtaking specially when it’s snowing… I’m coming back again! The best price for a great hotel

During our stay there was a big snow storm (14”!). The entire staff went above and beyond to accommodate guests and make sure things ran as normal as possible. Many stayed all weekend at the hotel just to keep things running. It was a wonderful experience. This was our second stay in two years and has officially become our go-to resort in Gatlinburg!

The breakfast was amazing and free happy hour was a bonus. The indoor poor is shallow (up to 3ft) but it’s heated so my son didn’t mind and the hot tub was always available. We even saw a black bear when we were lounging. It was the perfect location!

Everything about this hotel was exceptional. The room was spotless, the pool area was clean and beautiful! Breakfast was wonderful, especially the made to order omelets. The staff was top notch. Our room was cleaned every day. We will go back again this summer and look forward to seeing the friendly staff again.
