Memorial Day weekend
The condo had some nice decorative touches (although the winter/Christmas decorations seemed out of place). Cutely decorated and two separate sleeping areas were nice, as well as two complete bathrooms. We were concerned about the microwave: it did not seem to be mounted correctly - loose and leaned out at an angle, so we did not use. Place needs some basic maintenance - front door locks screws loose and entire deadbolt loose, did not seem secure. Several bulbs burned out and living room lamp not working. Never could get the TV to work in the bedroom closest to front door. Wished we could have used the balcony, but the smell of marijuana was overwhelming if we stepped out on the balcony. It would be nice if the building had a no smoking/marijuana rule so people could enjoy their balconies (but not a fault of the condo owner). We were busy at a conference, so only there to sleep at night and a short time to rest in the afternoon. Pool was nice for one quick swim. We did not cook there - all our meals were out. Older building, but condo was adequately equipped.
