"The best Hyatt Place that we have stayed so far. Its location is in the center of downtown, walkable to Market Square, Sun Sphere and University to Tennessee. The public parking garage is right behind the hotel. Many restaurant, pub, ice cream store choices. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet is much better than an average three star hotel. "

"Over a thousand dollars for one night, and I had to take the sheets and pillowcases off of the bed myself, be my own house keeper, and walk to the car and back multiple times for an inefficient parking pass system. Crazy. If you want to get some steps in and walk for a long time, it might be worth it. We had to walk to the boat to get the pass, back to the car to put it on, and back to the boat to sleep. Then back to the car to get the pass in the morning, back to the boat to return it, then back to the car to drive home all before 10am. The host was cold and direct in their messages. Nothing really happy to say, just wanted to remind me several times to not have a party... I'm an adult spending a ton of money on a stay. It wasn't very welcoming. That being said, the boat was well decorated and comfortable, though I think next time I'll find a better priced option with better service."
