Historic Cottage at Magnolia Plantation B&B Within Walking Distance to Downtown Gainesville

Jessica's Courtyard is one of nine private cottages on the property. It is one half of the charming Garden House. It offers 1,000 sq. ft. of living space and includes two guest rooms, a living room with built-ins full of books from all over the world, a sunroom overlooking the courtyard garden, a full kitchen and a bath with a Jacuzzi tub. One bedroom has a canopied Queen-size bed while the other boast a King-size bed.

The decor is in the Williamsburg style with many Chippendale reproductions and antiques. It has a beautifully landscaped Charleston-style private courtyard garden surrounded by a 6-foot brick wall and features a unique water fountain.
