"The girl who checked us in was not very pleasant. Our room was on the ground floor and faced an interior courtyard so we could not see outside at all. We couldn't even open the curtains because people walking by could see right into our room. Te included "Hot" breakfast was scrambled eggs and some kind of beige sausage patty that tasted like sage. None of the beautiful fountains outside the entrance were operational. Never again."

"True honesty: I've stayed in many hotels and this Hotel by far was the noisiest. Paper thick walls, you can hear every step and conversations around your room. The shower was moldy and in my case the shower did not even have a soap holder. I had to place the soap bar on top of the hanging shampoo bottles when showering. Floors are dirty and do not expect room service for at least three days. I don't know if this a new thing with hotels, (not providing room service every day). If you need toiletries you need to ask the front desk. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. I like the fact that coffee was available 24 hours. The hotel is walking distance to many attractions at Niagara and the border crossing bridge. My room had a good A/C and the TV worked fine."
