Inside the home, enjoy the new plush furniture, fresh paint, and new flooring. All three remodeled bathrooms showcase gorgeous quartz vanities. There are three bedrooms on the first floor. A spiral staircase leads up to the fourth bedroom that features three twin beds and room for the kids to play!

Downstairs, the open floor plan connecting the kitchen, living, and dining areas looks out onto a large screened porch. Grab a cup of coffee and spend your mornings gazing out at the lush foliage of the Baytowne Golf Course. The spacious living room has a large flat screen TV and tons of comfy seating, perfect for a movie night with the family. You’ll feel like a professional chef while whipping up your family’s favorite foods in the large kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances. Settle down at the breakfast bar for some coffee and conversation or gather around the large dining room and enjoy some food and laughs. A bonus beverage cooler is the perfect place to stash your mimosa supplies. A desk is also provided for those who need to work while on vacation.

After your family is fed and rested, take a walk down to the Gulf of Mexico, located just minutes away from the beach vacation rental. You can also take a ride around the resort in your provided 6 seat golf cart and explore the plentiful amenities, including a community pool, or head to the nearby Village of Baytowne Wharf, where plentiful shopping, dining, and entertainment options await guests of all ages.
