I like this hotel. The breakfast is alway good. Clean area. Hot food. The staff is ok. Not the friendliest. But not bad either. They need to sweep out the elevator. Get the lights fixed outdoors. All the huge lights do not come on. Pets are 28 a night which is ridiculous when it’s about 90 a night for two adults. No where in the Expedia ad did it mention the price at all. Thank goodness our dog was staying with my daughter that lived in PC. So beware it is a 28 dollar a night fee for your dog. Beds are comfy. Cable is good but tv is small. Bathroom is nice and room is good size. We have stayed at this one a few times. We like the price, close to family and the hot breakfast is a great touch.

Very clean very nice piece of property the only problem was you need an act of Congress for a late checkout. But staff were great and rooms were beautiful nicely done very impressive.

Employees need more training
All day Friday our room keys-worked. Saturday our room keys did not work. Front desk notified at 8am. Desk clerk seemed ill that we interrupted her playing on her phone. She said she would notify maintenance. Came back to the hotel at 8pm. Our keys still did not work. Notified the front desk, night shift was pleasant and pleased to let us in our room. Sunday morning day shift clerk seemed she wanted to sit in office and play on her phone, again. I had to coax her off of her chair to print out a room receipt. Here it was check out time and she was hiding in the back room!? Not telling guest to have a safe trip or come back to visit us or hope you enjoyed your stay. Instead playing on her phone. Breakfast: tables were not cleaned between guest, floors were nasty, food not replenished. Bless her heart, employee was trying, but couldn’t keep up. Room: bathroom floor needed a better cleaning, seen several dead bugs laying around. But tub was clean, with fresh towels!

Location is convenient to most points of interest. The staff was most professional & pleasant. The carpet in the hall way was dirty, but it was just after spring break so there wasn’t time for it to be cleaned.. we would stay here again. More bang for our buck.
