I Left my engagement ring in my room after I checked out. I know it was my fault for leaving it behind but you would think staff would find it and return it or call me about it but nope. I called the right hotel right after I left and they said no one found it. I remember exactly where I placed it and forgot it. The staff was also rude overall. Very unprofessional customer service.

We came in for thunder beach motorcycle ralley. We arrived at 2:45 pm Cst. The front desk agent was quite rude and very abrupt. I thought it was just me but others were complaining. It was only 15 min until 3pm and after asking if we could please check in as our room was ready she rudley stated, NO, I will wait until 3p.. she didnt greet any of us with a smile, and made us feel as if we were inconveniencing her by checking in. Other than that we loved it and i am curreny looking to book your establishment for October.
