The property was located across the street from the beach and about 14 min from downtown. Great location but the property needs major updating. Def not worth the money I paid. I would not recommend.

The property was very clean and well kept and the staff was vety friendly and helpful. The food at their restaurant was very good. The only problem is that they must have bought their toilets from a grade school supply warehouse because they were extremely short. They really need to replace them.

Rude customer service.We needed towels to shower and I was told they had none but walked into the hall and a cleaning lady had an entire bin of towels. The front desk person just didnt want to make the effort to provide them and she was rude and hung up on me

These days hotels are so expensive and then this hotel has the audacity to not even offer housekeeping every day. The room wasn’t that clean. The sheets had pen and marker stains and one of the beds had a hair on the pillow and another stain on the pillow. The housekeepers didn’t even change the sheets because after they came, the sheets still had the same marker stain on it. If you’re gonna have housekeeping only every other day at least make the rooms clean. I don’t blame the housekeepers though because it’s obvious that they’re short staffed. It’s the hotel’s fault for not paying for more housekeepers so they can do their job properly and that’s why I am giving this hotel an average review because it if the hotel management. If it wasn’t for the lack of cleanliness of the rooms this would be a nice hotel because it’s in a good location to the beach and good restaurants and it’s only 10 minutes from downtown.
