Definitely a two star hotel. The tv had no remote, the in room safe was locked shut and could only be open with a master key that was only available at the front desk, and the closet door pull was broken and hanging by a thread.

Insult on top of injury

DON’T STAY HERE!!! The first two issues: -The beds were hard and uncomfortable -The environment felt unsafe. There were people sitting outside their rooms drinking. I passed by one room, and they were deep frying food in their room. THE INJURY The day I was checking out, I slipped and fell on my back. It was raining the sidewalks are painted and when they got wet they were slick. There was nothing put down for traction. When I fell I soaked my clothing and had to go change into the clothes I had worn the previous day because I had no other clothes with me. I went to the front desk to tell them about the fall. The first woman could not have cared less about the incident. No sorry, no are you ok? Nothing. Just I’ll make note of it. I went back an hour later and spoke with another woman. She at least asked if I was ok and if I needed medical attention. She filled out a incident report. I was told that the hotel manager would call me. I heard nothing back! THE INSULT I was checking my credit card statement found the hotel charged me 3 separate charges over $500.00. I had already paid for the stay through Travelocity. They should not have been charging me anything. I called the corporate office. After telling me that I set up my reservation through Expedia and that I used my American Express card (I used my VISA) Told me that I was over charged and it has been refunded. I asked when. 5-7 business days. I asked for the supervisor, she told me she didn’t have one.

Telephone in room did not work .

Pros: Conveinence to shopping and airport . Shuttle service was good
Cons: Their room telephone
Location: Casino and shopping
Although this matter was brought to the attention of the front desk it was never corrected. For the duration of my stay I WAS FORCED TO USE MY PRIVATE TELEPHONE. For this I gave an rating of one {1} Besides the above the service was good but would have to think twice before staying at this hotel again.

Very disappointing

Location: Hollywood is a great place.
Had a quick layover and needed 2 rooms for one night. Check is was 3:00 pm, rooms were not ready till 4:00 pm. Bar on site, woman bartender was coughing in her hand and serving potato chips with that hand out of a open bag. Rooms were very run down. Both doors did not close properly, air conditioners did not work. Beds were saggy. One room was entered by another guest either because the door did not close properly or because the desk gave someone else keys to an occupied room. Thank god he was in the room and was able to turn the other guest away. His key did not work after this unwanted entry so I think the other guest was given keys to his room. Kellogg Corn Flakes at breakfast were awful. Not what they claimed they were. Breakfast was late getting put out. P.S I have never wrote a review on any hotel before this one.

Very disappointing

Pros: Only convenient to airport and shopping.
Location: Location is a great close location to airport. Good location for shopping, eating and movie threatre.
Hotel was close to airport and shopping. This is the only thing that was convenient for our stay there. If your stay ias for a very short period it may be perfect for you. My stay was for nine days during the Christmas holiday so completing my holiday shopping convient. As for the staff service they where great and very helpful. We where very much dissatisfied with the inconvenience of being woken up at 6 am several times during the stay because of phone problems. We also had to continually go to the front desk because our door keys would not be working. Each time we left our rooms for several hours and returned the card key would not work and we have to do to the front desk to have them activated again. The staff was very confused about the problem happening with our keys also. One stafff personnel did tell us on one day that it was a new system and they where still working the bugs out of it. The contennenal breakfast as ok as far as the coffee and pasteries. Hot food was not good at all. After two days we went to Donkin Donuts for a better breakfast menu.

Intruder came into our room at midnight!

Pros: the appearance was fine, the bar tenders, Henry, and Roberto( shuttle driver) was exceptional.
Cons: Security!
Location: Shopping center, restaurants
Everything was fine, got an early check-in the bar tender got our keys for us early, Henry (baggage man) was very helpful and put our bags away until we could get the room. But we had went to bed before 11pm and at 12:08 am someone opened our room with a key card. The wife screamed and the guy shut the door. He then continued to knock on the door and say that there was a drunk guy and this was his room. And he kept insisting this was that persons room. She put the extra lock on and said she was calling security, then he left our door. When security arrived 10-15 minutes later, he had the new key cards for our room that my wife insisted we get. He acted like no big deal and left. When checking out the next morning, I inquired about what ever happened with the person that got into our room, no one at the front desk even knew there was a problem. Someone had access to our room that shouldn't have and about scared us to death. Make sure all your doors are locked. This is my very first bad review in over 30 years of traveling.. The hotel was nice, but be very careful!

Smokey Smell

Pros: Decently priced
Cons: A strictly enforced NO SMOKING policy. I know smokers remove their smoke detector and do indeed smoke in their rooms. This is nonsense!
Adequate at best. The room was clean enough and spacious, but it smelled as if it had been previously inhabited by smokers. Not sure whether it was the room itself or if the smell was coming from one of the rooms to either side, but it was insanely overpowering. And the FREE BREAKFAST offered had nothing for a health conscious person to eat. Cereal, waffles, pastries, bread? There were 3 overripe bananas and 1 orange. Will not be staying there again.

Great and affordable place!

When we arrived, we were able to check in early and were greeted by a very, very friendly clerk who helped us! Pool was nice and clean and fun! Great location, close to places to eat and shop! The drive to the airport and beaches took less than 10 minutes!
